Gorgeous post Amy! I love the creative exercise. Creating Mandalas is one my favourite ways to relax and be mindful. I often use sticks, flowers and all sorts of bits and bobs in the garden to create them. Takes away the perfectionism and the sense of flow you talk about so wonderfully here. Thanks Georgie! You know, I've never actually made a nature Mandala so that suggestion is as much for me as everyone else! 🤗 I'm really going to make an effort to create one this Spring - definitely eagerly awaiting its arrival.. Not long now 😅
